Order Processing Time:
There is a 24 - 48 hour (1 to 2 business days) processing time for all orders regardless of their shipping method. However, we strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible.
We process orders from Monday - Friday. Sometimes we may come in over the weekends to accommodate the demand for our products! Orders that are fulfilled on Saturday or Sunday will not actually be shipped out until the following Monday due to the post office being closed on the weekends.
We do not process orders on weekends and major U.S holidays.
Where we ship to:
We ship to all 50 States in the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses.
Our main shipping partner is USPS, but we may ship with another shipping provider for over-sized items.
All orders are shipped from Anaheim CA.

Sorry, but international customers DO NOT qualify for free shipping, regardless of the price of the order. Due to increase costs to ship abroad, we simply cannot offer free shipping at this time.
The customer is responsible for ALL tariffs, taxes, duties, etc., that may need to be paid to receive your order in your country. Bartolone Racing will not be held liable/responsible for these additional fees.
Due to the added risk of shipping internationally, Bartolone Racing is not responsible for the loss or seizure of any package as a result of customs inspection in any country. In addition, Bartolone Racing will not be liable for lost or stolen packages during transit.
Please note: As required by PayPal, we can only ship orders to PayPal verified addresses. All orders above $750 USD (including shipping and tax) will require a signature confirmation (Someone must be available to sign for the package).

APO/FPO: For orders shipped to military addresses, the shipment can take up to 14 days in transit.
*These estimated transit times refer to the time it takes the package to reach it's destination once it has been shipped. They do not include our processing time.
Late Shipments:
We do not guarantee transit times and shipping fees are nonrefundable through us.
However, the shipping methods listed below are guaranteed directly through the shipping carrier with certain exceptions. These exceptions are usually weather delays and failed delivery attempts. For more information, please contact the carrier directly. If you feel your shipment was late due to a service failure, a claim can be filed by contacting the shipping carrier:

Order Tracking:

Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation (USPS version of tracking) for your package has not updated in a few days. USPS delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sort facility or your local post office. There are no updates in between. USPS offers speedy and reliable service at a low cost. However, they can and will occasionally make the mistake of mis-routing a package. Unfortunately these errors are out of our control and we are not responsible for errors or delays by USPS.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

Returns and Defective Merchandise
Returns
We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from Bartolone Racing within 14 days of receipt. Items must be new, unused and sealed in its original packaging. Items will be refunded at the original purchase price, in the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is a direct result of our error.
Non-Returnable Items
Closeout, Clearance, Bargain Bin, Special orders (not normally stocked items), modified/customized, Used and Refurbished items are not returnable.
Restocking Fee
All returns to Bartolone Racing are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you are not certain about the use of an item, please contact either the manufacturer or Bartolone Racing before you place an order.
To avoid a restocking fee please return merchandise with all the original packaging, instructions, and accessories originally included. Open packaging carefully, keep all packaging in like-new condition. Avoid tearing original packaging excessively (open as neat as possible), when opening package use scissors to avoid tearing packaging or damaging contents inside.
To return a product please follow the steps outlined below
Before returning a product, obtain a RMA number within 14 days of receipt of order.
Bartolone Racing will not accept returns without an RMA number.
Please provide the following information when requesting a RMA:
Original order number
Full name and telephone number
Describtion of product being returned
Reason for return
Print the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package once it's provided.
Return the merchandise within 5 days of issuance of the RMA number.
Packages without a RMA numbers will be returned to the sender.
Note: Bartolone Racing is not responsible for return shipping, nor any fees associated with return shipping, unless the return is a direct result of our error. All return items should be packed to assure no damage is incurred during shipping. Bartolone Racing is not responsible for damage incurred during the shipping process, nor for packages shipped to, but not received by Bartolone Racing (lost in transit). Please insure packages and avoid shipping methods of carriers that do not provide tracking.
Upon receipt of the shipment, Bartolone Racing will issue a refund of the purchase price paid less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees.
Defective merchandise
Defective merchandise claims are referred directly to the manufacturer of that product. Please note that we are not responsible for defective merchandise and cannot provide refunds for any used and/or defective merchandise. Most manufacturers will repair or exchange defective products as agreed to under their warranty.
If the manufacturer does not handle your claim to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will be happy to help out to the best of our abilities.
